Job summary
A service provider in the UK is looking for a Call Handler/Scheduler based in Reigate. The role involves taking inbound calls, scheduling appointments for engineers, and general administration. The salary ranges from £27k to £28k per annum with additional benefits. Full-time position, Monday to Friday. Experience in a similar role is desirable.

- Scheduling engineers appointments to carry out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties.
- Liaising with the customers on job progress.
- Handling any complaints and escalating when required.

Call Handler, Scheduler
Based: Reigate
27-28k excellent benefits and optional OT
8AM to 5PM, Mon to Fri

The Call handler or Scheduler role is a perm or temp to perm position, full-time Monday to Friday. For this role, the client are offering a salary of 27k to 28k per annum plus 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. Experience within a similar role is desirable. There is also an occasional Saturday shift.
The clients office are based near Redhill, Surrey with quick access to the local train station, high street.
