As a SIOP Master Scheduler you will lead the development of the local Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process to align demand, supply and inventory planning across the organisation. You will be in the central point of coordination between Production Planning, Business & Product Delivery (B&PD), Operations, Finance and Supply Chain / Transport to ensure optimised planning and decision‑making that supports long‑term Customer demand and business goals.

You will report to the SIOP Manager and be located at Springfields Fuel Site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the local monthly SIOP process (supply review and demand / financial reconciliation) and provide reporting to the global SIOP Team.
  • Participate in monthly local and global demand reviews.
  • Develop and maintain a master production schedule aligned with demand and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with Operations and other relevant departments to align capacity, production schedules, material requirements and inventory targets.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within the supply and demand plan, recommend mitigation strategies and lead cross‑functional meetings to drive alignment, accountability and timely resolution.
  • Conduct scenario planning to assess the impact of demand changes, supply disruptions or capacity constraints.
  • Generate the supply plan for the annual 5‑Year Business Plan, aligning long‑term capacity with strategic demand forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate master data and planning parameters within the planning systems in close collaboration with the Production Planning Team.
  • Continuously improve and evolve the local SIOP process supporting the ongoing global SIOP process improvements.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, SIOP leadership roles or similar roles in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP and SIMIO is a plus.
