Job summary
A UK-based recruitment agency is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Northampton to lead forecasting and long-term planning processes. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong skills in financial modelling and analysis. This position offers the chance to work closely with senior management and support business expansion through insightful financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Must possess ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis is essential.
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate insights effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Group forecasting and long-term planning processes.
- Build and maintain the financial models.
- Analyze business performance and modelling of ad hoc scenarios.
