We are currently looking for a Part time Finance Assistant to join us at our TJX site in Crewe. This role is key to ensuring smooth financial operations, including managing purchase orders, handling the finance mailbox, creating customer invoices, and supporting purchasing needs. If you're organised, detail-driven, and ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced logistics environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Working hours for this role are Mon-Fri, with flexibility regarding the start and finish time, ideally working from 10:00 to 14:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Collating the weekly financial / statistical reports to the customer and site management
  • Purchase Order processing and providing support to the Finance team in general, specifically through Company Month-End & Client Period-End.
  • Supporting the operational managers in providing day to day financial support.
  • Assist with the preparation of weekly & monthly financials
What you need to succeed at GXO:
