Job Description

• Manage the CFO's diary, scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements.
• Manage a couple of directors diaries and book UK travel
• Process expenses on Microsoft 365
• Prepare and process expense reports and other financial documentation.
• Meet and greet clients
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the CFO.
• Coordinate and distribute key meeting materials and take action points during meetings
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports as required by the CFO.
• Maintain a well-organised filing system for confidential documents and correspondence.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth administrative processes.
• Support ad hoc tasks and projects as directed by the CFO.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PA to CFO should have:

• Ability to start in August and commit to a years contract
• Supported at Director level
• Worked in a midsize organisation
• Used Microsoft packages

What's on Offer

You will be rewarded with a daily rate of 190-210 per day. The growth could present other opportunities at the end of the contract.
