This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include providing insight to meet savings targets and leading cross-functional projects. The position offers a competitive annual bonus, substantial leave, and comprehensive health benefits, alongside a commitment to inclusivity and sustainability.
As Finance Manager for Head Office and Procurement, you will play a key role in delivering our Save to Invest plan and shaping the People and Finance Transformation strategy. Building strong stakeholder relationships and communicating effectively will be essential as you influence outcomes and manage complex conversations. You will also ensure rigorous control and compliance for Head Office activities, safeguarding assets and maintaining reporting integrity. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead ad‑hoc projects across Procurement and Channels Finance, making a tangible impact on our transformation journey.
