This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified accountant to step into a key leadership role, shaping the performance and development of a dedicated finance team.
Working from the organisation's head office in central Salisbury, you'll take ownership of end-to-end financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and insightful reporting. You'll also lead a small team, providing structured support through supervisions, appraisals and day-to-day guidance. This is a full-time role (37 hours), offering a hybrid pattern to suit modern working life.
