Job summary
An international law firm in London is seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator to manage billing and financial administration tasks. The role involves supporting Partners with various financial duties, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that billing processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience, proficiency in billing software, and excellent communication skills. This position offers a dynamic and client-focused finance role within a prestigious environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of billings and collections experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in billing software (preferably Aderant) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Support Partners with full billing and financial administration.
- Assist with matter openings, conflicts checks, and AML documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular AR follow-ups.
