A growing professional services business in Braunstone Town is seeking a Finance Manager to take ownership of the internal finance function. This role offers the chance to directly influence business performance and improve financial processes. Key responsibilities include producing management accounts, monitoring budgets, and ensuring payroll compliance. Candidates should be ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified, experienced in management accounting, and possess strong analytical skills. The position offers a hybrid working model and a competitive salary of £50,000 to £55,000 plus benefits.

- Experience in management accounting or commercial reporting.
- Confidence with financial data and analysis.
Responsabilités
- Produce monthly management accounts and forecasts.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance.
- Prepare year end statutory accounts and schedules.
- Oversee payroll compliance and operations.
- Manage reconciliations and VAT submissions.
- Support annual budgeting and planning.
- Build dashboards for improved reporting.
- Partner with department heads on financial decisions.
