Qualifications:
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA or CCAB)
- Strong understanding of financial strategy and reporting
- Experience in education or public sector finance (preferred)

- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO and Finance Director with strategic financial planning
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with ESFA, DfE, and internal financial policies
- Collaborate with school business managers across the trust
- Assist with audit preparation and implementation of recommendations
- Drive improvements in financial systems and operational efficiency
