A financial services firm in Aberdeen City is seeking a Finance Assistant to maintain purchase and sales ledgers. Responsibilities include processing high-volume invoices and reconciling timesheets. The Finance Assistant will maintain the purchase ledger and sales ledger. Your responsibilities will include:
You will be a proactive, self-starter with experience in a similar position. Experience within a role where you have been responsible for high volume invoice processing is key to this position.
You will have great communication skills, excellent time management skills and be able to work well individually and as part of a team.
