Overview:
Quinton Davies is working on behalf of a well-established Large Regional practice firm based in Newport who are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper.
Main Duties:
- Data processing and reconciliations both at client's premises and in the office
- Bookkeeping to accruals and prepayments level
- Preparation of VAT Returns
- Assistance on accounts preparation
- Other ad-hoc duties
- AAT qualified or equivalent
- At least 2 years' Bookkeeping experience working within Practice
- Proficient with modern software packages such as Xero or Quickbooks is desirable
- Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively
- Aware of relevant financial targets and constraints and contributes to achieving these, keeping manager informed of progress and potential problems including actual vs budget
