The incumbent must have proven experience in the real estate/developer sector and the ability to handle financial operations, compliance, and reporting with accuracy. • Prepare, examine, and maintain financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
• Handle all aspects of accounts related to real estate projects, including land purchase, development costs, and revenue recognition.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation of project-related transactions.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, AIT, and other regulatory requirements related to the real estate sector.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, NBR, and other stakeholders as required.
• Supervise and guide junior accounts team members.
• Assist management in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Perform any other finance and accounts-related tasks assigned by management.
