A well-established family-run automotive business with a team of nine long-serving staff is now seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to take responsibility for wages, payroll, and monthly reporting.
The business offers a stable, friendly working environment with excellent long-term prospects, as well as a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with an early finish at around 3pm on Fridays.
- Managing payroll and wages using SAGE
- Preparing accurate end-of-month financial reports
- Supporting with annual ordering processes
- Liaising with internal teams and external contacts where required
- Proven bookkeeping and payroll experience
- Proficiency in SAGE accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- £40,000 per annum
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (early finish Fridays)
- 1 month sick pay
- Free on-site parking
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service up to 5 weeks)
