Responsibilities

• Managing a broad portfolio of commercial insurance accounts with professionalism and precision
• Placing a wide variety of commercial risks into the insurance market
• Building strong client relationships by offering expert, prompt, and tailored advice
• Liaising with insurer partners to negotiate and secure best-fit policies
• Delivering high levels of customer service, including efficient handling of mid-term adjustments and queries
• Ensuring all client files are accurate, complete, and up to date
• Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with company policies

Criteria

• 5+ years of commercial/corporate account handling experience
• Proven ability to manage complex and technical insurance issues
• Strong experience working with clients of various sizes across multiple sectors
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident in working across multiple communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
• CII qualified (or working towards)
