- Salary up to £40,000
- Monday to Friday - no weekends or call‑out

- Provide occasional cover at nearby sites when required (pool van provided)
- Proven experience as a Building Services Engineer, ideally within a commercial or FM environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
- Experience maintaining ventilation plant.
- Relevant qualifications (C&G, NVQ, 18th Edition) desirable but not essential — attitude and experience matter most
