Building Services Engineer

Location: Northampton (Static Site)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (40-hour week)

Working alongside a skilled team of engineers, you'll play a key role in maintaining the building's critical systems, supporting both electrical and mechanical plant. The ideal Building Services Engineer will have experience within facilities management or commercial maintenance, but the company is also open to candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate solid technical skills and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
  • Undertake fault diagnosis, repair and minor installations across plant and building services equipment
  • Support ventilation and air‑handling maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with all site health and safety procedures
  • Provide occasional cover at nearby sites when required (pool van provided)

  • Experience maintaining ventilation plant.
