Service Advisor - Yeomans Skoda Exeter

We are currently looking to expand our Exeter Service Department to meet increased customer demand, so now recruiting for a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Yeomans Skoda Exeter.

This customer focused role requires exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment. With a key element of the position focused around telephone call handling, previous experience in telephone communications, as well as skills in IT literacy are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making and receiving calls, to and from our customers whose vehicles require maintenance attention
  • Converting these contacts into workshop bookings
  • Appropriately up selling related products and service as applicable

Good interpersonal skills are key to your success in the role, as is your ability to work from your own initiative.
