Job summary

A leading engineering recruitment agency is seeking an Electrical Field Service Engineer to join a growing team in the Wiltshire/Bristol area. The role involves maintaining and repairing traditional electrical machinery at various customer sites, requiring skills in electrical maintenance and experience with 3 phase control panels. Ideal candidates will have an electrical apprenticeship or similar qualification and a driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance and service.
• Exposure to 3 phase control panels and motors.
• Knowledge of PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Work on electrical control panels and fault finding.
• Commissioning of various types of electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a two-man team travelling to maintain and fix machines at various sites. Carrying out day to day PPM and reactive electrical maintenance tasks on client sites. Working 3 phase control panels, motors and fault finding and repair. Some commissioning when required. Working on various types of electrical equipment

Requirements

• Electrical maintenance skills/service
• Experience working on 3 phase control panels/motors
• PLC knowledge
• Electrical apprenticeship or similar qualification
• From an Industrial, manufacturing or service background
• Driving license
