Field Service Engineer – Large Format Print Equipment

Location: Manchester, North West

Salary: Up to £40,000 plus vehicle package

We’re working with a global manufacturer of large format digital print equipment. The business specializes in high-performance printers used in signage, graphics, textiles, packaging, and industrial applications, including UV flatbed, roll-to-roll, hybrid, and textile printers. We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join a close-knit, hardworking team supporting their cutting-edge print technology across the UK. This role requires flexibility and adaptability.

1. Installation, servicing, and repair of wide format print equipment across the UK
2. Troubleshooting issues both on-site and remotely
3. Communicating directly with customers and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery
4. Managing your time, workload, and travel effectively

• Company vehicle, phone, laptop, uniform
• Fuel card and company credit card for lunches, hotels, and evening meals
• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays and time in lieu
• Occasional cash bonuses for exceptional performance
• Early finishes most Fridays, depending on workload

• A motivated, hands-on engineer willing to travel and stay away when needed
• A strong communicator comfortable engaging with customers
