We're looking for a Multi‑Skilled Service Engineer to join a specialist team delivering on‑site service and maintenance for high‑performance mechanical power transmission systems.
This is a field‑based role covering the Midlands and Solihull, with most travel within commutable distance. However, occasional overnight stays (typically 2–3 nights) will be required to support clients across the UK.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical power transmission systems at client sites.
- Diagnose and repair faults on high‑speed rotating equipment, including driveshafts, motors, gear couplings, and spindles.
- Work independently and liaise with internal engineering teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate service records and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Solid experience working with high‑speed rotating machinery.
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and work effectively on‑site.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home occasionally.
- Full UK driving licence.
