We are seeking a Sign Installation and Fabrication Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in offsite installations of signs and graphics for various projects. From installing vinyl graphics on walls and windows to mounting wood, metal, and acrylic signs for both interior and exterior applications, your attention to detail and hands-on expertise will be key to our success.

As a technician, you’ll work on projects ranging from new construction to retrofitting existing signage. You’ll also gain valuable experience with a variety of tools and techniques, making you a versatile and indispensable part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of a wide variety of signage, including vinyl graphics, dimensional lettering, ADA signs, blade signs, and more.
• Complete installations for both interior and exterior applications, including new construction and renovation projects.
• Comfortable operating power tools and equipment such as augers, lifts,
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently and creatively.
• Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard, demonstrating craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to complete large-scale installations.
• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of signs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Tools & Equipment: Safely and effectively operate a wide range of tools and equipment, adhering to standard safety protocols.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize production software with confidence and accuracy after receiving the necessary training.
• Attention to Detail: Accurately read, interpret, and follow work orders to ensure flawless execution of each project.
• Logical Problem Solver: Can think through problems to solutions—confidence in decision-making.
• Basic Math & Literacy Skills: Demonstrate the ability to count, spell, and measure with precision to ensure accurate installations and fabrications.
• Hands-On Installation Experience: Participate in the physical aspects of sign installation, including tasks like digging holes, climbing ladders, using power tools, applying vinyl graphics, and working with substrates and windows.
• Self-Motivation & Initiative: Stay focused, manage time well, and take proactive steps to complete tasks efficiently and independently.
• Quality-Oriented Work Ethic: Consistently deliver top-quality results, even when handling multiple tasks or working under pressure.
• Adaptability & Positive Attitude: Remain flexible and maintain a positive mindset in a dynamic work environment with shifting priorities

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
