Job summary
A healthcare organization in Ellesmere Port seeks a candidate to provide high-quality administration support to Therapy Services. Responsibilities include managing a reception for patients and handling appointment scheduling using Cerner and/or Emis systems. The ideal candidate will partake in various administrative duties while undergoing a structured induction program. Applications are welcome until December 28, 2025, with training provided to ensure competency in the role.
Responsibilities
- Partake in a reception and appointment service for all patients attending Therapy Services.
- Log all patient referral letters onto the scheduling system.
- Handle telephone calls appropriately, including message taking and forwarding.
