Job summary
A leading event agency in the United Kingdom is looking for a Delegate Management Team Leader to oversee event registration projects. You will work in a hybrid environment from Leicestershire and manage client relationships while leading your team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in delegate management and proficiency with Swoogo. Responsibilities
- Build event registration websites and apps in Swoogo.
- Oversee line management and team support.
- Manage client relationships as the point of contact for delegate management projects.
- Lead multiple simultaneous delegate management projects.
- Ensure functionality of apps and registration sites.
- Drive processes for timely and seamless delivery.

With new clients coming on board and exciting plans for the future there’s now a great opportunity to lead the delegate management team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building event registration websites and apps in Swoogo
- Line management and team support
- Client management and POC for delegate management projects
- Leading the delivery of multiple (simultaneous) delegate management projectsLead on digital deliverables including platforms/web/apps/mobile/registration systems
- Liaising with internal technology specialists and developers at Swoogo to ensure functionally is developed in line with clients expectations
- Ensuring functionality of apps and registration sites
- Content management across registration websites and apps
- Driving processes and efficiencies to ensure timely and seamless delivery
The successful candidate must have extensive experience in delegate management projects within an agency environment as well as be a confident line manager. You will also need to have experience using Swoogo.
