Wasserman Live are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, skilled and confident Senior Associate Director – Fabrication to join our ever-expanding team and workload to lead our Events, Exhibition and fabrication build team. This team produce large scale fabrication projects and builds for various client sectors including commercial interiors, exhibitions and events, experiential events, roadshows, conferences and many more.
The role is to lead and direct a extensive team of carpenters, CAD technicians, Production Managers and subcontractor freelancers to ensure “Right First Time” event and fabrication builds that are delivered within budget to agreed timelines and continue to push boundaries of our clients ideas as well as adhering to all required Health & Safety guidelines and procedures across the full variety of Wasserman Live clients and markets.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will work closely with your team as well as guiding and advising the project management team with their budgets, scoping, designs and build schedules.
You will provide comprehensive support and leadership on projects and tasks, plan daily, weekly and monthly build schedules, as well as strategically look to grow the department and fabrication offering as well as developing your team and their skills. Key performance tasks will be : -
