Salary starts at approximately £35k‑£42k per annum, dependent on experience, with additional benefits. The role is initially office‑based for probation in London, followed by a hybrid arrangement with potential for greater flexibility.

Job Description
  • Handling MICE group clients for the DMC.
  • Develop original and exciting program proposals tailored to client needs and budgets.
  • Prepare detailed event budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and profitability.
  • Secure the best deals with suppliers by negotiating contracts and confirming service details.
  • Manage all aspects of pre‑production, ensuring seamless delivery of the event.
  • Assist with on‑site event management, guaranteeing a smooth and successful experience for clients.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Experience Required

We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the operations of MICE groups within the inbound tours sector. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail‑oriented, passionate about event planning, and a creative thinker capable of developing innovative and engaging program concepts. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for building positive relationships with vendors and clients.

A second European language is strongly desired for this role.

The Package

Starting salary of circa £35k‑£42k per annum (DOE). This permanent, full‑time role is located in London, with hybrid/flexible working following training and probation (potentially negotiable based on experience). Additional benefits include performance‑related bonus, company pension, company events, and excellent long‑term career prospects.
