Job summary
A leading consultancy firm in London seeks a Geo-Environmental Engineer at both Main Grade and Senior levels to deliver innovative environmental solutions across diverse projects. Responsibilities include managing site investigations and assessments, producing technical reports, and supporting project management activities. Candidates should have a relevant degree and experience in geo-environmental consultancy. A full UK driving licence is required.
Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience for Main Grade and 5+ years for Senior Grade.
- Strong technical knowledge required.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage site investigations and assessments.
- Write factual and interpretive reports.
- Support project management activities.

We’re working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy looking to appoint a Geo-Environmental Engineer (Main Grade and Senior level) to join their growing team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Main Grade/Senior professional to deliver innovative environmental solutions for a diverse project portfolio.
- Carry out and manage site investigations
- Phase 1, 2 and 3 assessments
- Factual and interpretive reports
- Conceptual site models
- Support project management activities (budgeting, scheduling, and client liaison)
- Assist with proposal writing and estimations
- Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field.
- 1+ years’ experience in geo-environmental consultancy for Main Grade and 5+ years for Senior Grade
- Strong technical knowledge of contaminated land risk assessments
- Confident in delivering Phase 2 site investigations
- Able to work collaboratively and independently
- Experience in project coordination
- Full UK driving licence
