WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide day-to-day Safety, Health & Environmental (HSE) assistance and advice to ensure compliance with statutory legislation.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of all relevant HSE policies at the site.
  • Work towards annual Safety, Health and Environmental objectives, assessed via our performance management system.
  • Support the HSE function in delivering the HSE business plan.
  • Coordinate Safety, Health and Environmental initiatives across site(s), including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement on safety.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable).
  • Previous experience in a Health & Safety role.
  • Proven ability to deliver H&S initiatives in an operational environment, driving positive changes in safety culture.
  • Experience in Logistics is an advantage.
  • A great communicator who can influence and engage at all levels.
