A leading social housing contractor in the UK is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to promote safety culture and compliance across various refurbishment projects. Responsibilities include site inspections, risk assessments, and advising teams on health and safety policies. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH Certificate, experience in construction, and strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation. This full-time permanent role offers a salary of £45,000 per annum plus an 8% car allowance.
Formación
- Previous experience within construction, ideally in social housing or refurbishment environments.
Responsabilidades
- Carry out regular site inspections and audits.
- Support and advise site teams on H&S policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and method statements.
- Monitor and report on compliance with legislation and company standards.
- Assist with incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
