This is a full-time, permanent role with a clear path to becoming a Health & Safety Field Consultant. The position includes comprehensive on-the-job training and the flexibility to study while you work. A driving licence is essential by the time you complete the program for client site visits.

• Provide regional H&S advisory support to clients, travelling to sites as required.
• Engage with clients to deliver Health & Safety services aligned to the company’s standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development as part of the consulting team.
• Support the delivery of compliance services and advisory activity across multiple industries.

• Learn from experienced consultants and gain hands-on Health & Safety expertise from day one.
• Funded Training & Qualifications: we fully fund training and guide you through the NVQ route while gaining practical experience.
• Tech IOSH as a Foundation: If you already have Tech IOSH, that is great; otherwise we will work with you to develop the necessary knowledge and experience.
• Structured Progression: Path from development to field-based consultant with ongoing support to achieve Cert IOSH and ultimately CMIOSH status.
• Diverse Growth Opportunities: Exposure to areas such as fire safety, DSEAR, environmental monitoring for air, noise, and vibration.

• Tech IOSH Status: At minimum, Tech IOSH status with proof.
• Passion for Safety: Genuine enthusiasm for building a rewarding career in Health & Safety.
• Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is required to ensure readiness for client site visits when needed.
