• Execute the daily packing schedule as directed by the Packing Manager.
• Monitor productivity and ensure the timely completion of all packing tasks.
• Oversee start-up, operation, and shutdown of packing lines.
• Supervise, support, and coordinate packing operatives during shifts
• Ensure packed orders are correctly labelled, palletised, and ready for dispatch

• Experience in a supervisory role within a production or packing environment
