Job Title: Cover Supervisor General Science Specialist
Location: Coventry
Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Supply
Salary: £135.50 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering pre-set Science lessons and engaging students across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics content. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise lessons across the curriculum in the absence of the regular class teacher, demonstrating strong classroom management and the ability to keep students engaged
• Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Deliver pre-set Science lessons while upholding high standards of behaviour and encouraging active participation
• Support students with their learning and encourage engagement
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and student engagement
• Promote literacy and a love for Science through enthusiastic lesson delivery and academic support

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and passion for science (Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics)
