You will conduct training needs analysis, manage budgets, and deliver training across various levels. Candidates should have experience in training development and an understanding of military environments, alongside a relevant instructor qualification. - Experience of Training Development to challenging timescales.
- Knowledge of Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
- Proven experience of training and development or instructional coaching experience.
- An engineering background in mechanical or electrical.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis for Education and Training activities essential to the business.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and Design for training programs.
- Develop and disseminate professional standards within the Training environment.
- Support the development and delivery of training to staff.
- Manage Training budgets within plan.
