Qualifications

• Management experience is essential.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of electrical design software or similar.
• Ability to work with heights and in confined spaces.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Effective problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Electrical & Instrumentation team.
• Oversee maintenance and safe operation of electrical installations.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures for HV/LV equipment.
• Provide expert technical support for new installations and modifications.
• Monitor and drive departmental KPIs.
