Qualifications

• Experience of Training Development to challenging timescales.
• Knowledge of Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
• Proven experience of training and development or instructional coaching experience.
• An engineering background in mechanical or electrical.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis for Education and Training activities essential to the business.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and Design for training programs.
• Develop and disseminate professional standards within the Training environment.
• Support the development and delivery of training to staff.
• Manage Training budgets within plan.
