A progressive children's service in Sunderland is seeking a Main Scale Educational Psychologist. This role involves working within a committed team to provide child-centred, evidence-based practices in educational settings. The position offers £46,525 to £56,540 (potentially up to £61,848) with flexibility in work hours. The ideal candidate will hold an Educational Psychology postgraduate degree and share the organization's values promoting diversity and inclusion. £46,525 to £56,540 extending up to £61,848 per annum
37 hours per week (flexible patterns will be considered)

You will join a small, passionate and committed team that advocates effective child-centred, evidence-based practices. As an Educational Psychologist you will play a crucial role in delivering our statutory responsibilities, as well as our established and well-received traded service offer to schools. You will provide purposeful assessment linked to educational psychological principles and research. You are encouraged to incorporate early intervention strategies and systemic consultative approaches, psychometric investigation and therapeutic techniques.
