Early Years Teaching Assistant – Full-time – Reception class – Harrow – September start – Ongoing contract

In this role you will be based in the Early Years working as a general class teaching assistant. You should have a good knowledge of working with under 5s, particularly phonics as you will be focussed on supporting class teachers, leading small groups and working with individual pupils with SEN. Your daily routine will involve preparing resources and leading play based learning activities for pupils. You will support in both inside and outside learning areas including forest school.

The role is offered on a full-time contract basis until July 2026.

• Experience or knowledge of working with under 5s and phonics
• Experience supporting class teachers, leading small groups and working with pupils with SEN
• Ability to prepare resources and lead play-based learning activities
• Willingness to support in inside and outside learning areas (including forest school)
