An outstanding and improving secondary school in Rugby is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Food Technology to join their Design & Technology department. This is an excellent opportunity for either a Newly Qualified Teacher (ECT) or an experienced practitioner looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking school.

The successful candidate will be able to deliver Food Technology across the secondary age range up to Key Stage 4, inspiring students of all abilities through engaging and well-structured lessons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Have experience teaching Food Technology within the secondary curriculum
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and an understanding of effective teaching strategies
  • Use pupil progress data effectively to inform planning, teaching, and assessment
  • Be passionate about Food Technology and able to motivate and inspire learners
