A charity supporting individuals in Cheadle is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. In this inclusive role, you will develop behavior interventions and support young people with complex needs. Candidates should have a professional qualification in PBS or related fields and experience with children or young adults. The position offers a 12-month contract with a salary of £26,520.62 pro-rated, and benefits including enhanced leave and pension contributions.

Location: Inscape House School, Cheadle Contract: 12 Month Maternity Cover, Fixed Term Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year Salary: Pro‑rated starting salary £26,520.62 (FTE £29,108, with bi‑annual increments)
We are looking for a committed and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to join our inclusive and multidisciplinary team at Inscape House School. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to school‑wide Positive Behaviour Support, create meaningful behaviour interventions, and empower young people with complex needs, autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that may challenge.
