A retail company is seeking a Business Applications Support Analyst to maintain and support business applications. Responsibilities include monitoring application behavior and ensuring data integrity, with strong technical skills required especially in retail IT systems. As our Business Applications Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting a range of business applications from small, bespoke solutions to large cross-function applications. You will support and maintain the integrations between applications, supporting with external third-party systems such as EDI and other integration methods.
This role requires flexibility to work in a varied shift pattern, with earlier starts, later finishes, and weekend work as agreed by a rota. Out of Hours ad‑hoc work can be required.
