We’re looking for a Rooms Rising Fan to join our Rooms Division.

As a Rooms Rising Fan at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
  • 18 months of intensive learning and development
  • Rotation across different departments within the division. You will have a minimum of four rotations during the programme which includes the following departments: Housekeeping, Butlers, Guest Experience and Front Office.
  • Increasing responsibilities with every rotation.
  • Cross exposure in other divisions within the hotel
  • Key projects to lead.
  • Mentorship programme with a seasoned and experienced senior leader in the hotel.
  • Opportunity to complete eCornell distance learning courses for further development.
  • Be part of the Hotel’s Social Committee, MOCare

As a Rooms Rising Fan, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon and evening/night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
