The Data Manager leads the organization-wide data strategy, leading the management of 350’s data reporting tools and CRM - from data modelling and governance to dashboarding and self-serve reporting. They support the creation of organizational KPIs and measurement frameworks, maintain data quality, privacy, and security and deliver clear, actionable reporting that drives decisions.
The role will champion an organization-wide data culture - building shared understanding of the value of data, embedding good practice, and fostering confident use across teams. Working closely with staff at all levels, including the Senior Leadership Team, they will enable evidence-based planning and review, align data priorities to strategic goals, and ensure clear data governance and accountability. They will coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain a reliable, scalable data and analytics infrastructure that supports teams to be data-driven.
This role is home-based, although the role-holder is expected to participate in external meetings, events, and campaign activities. Ability to maintain a healthy work/life balance in fast-paced, high-pressure working environments.
Remote in the UK, Netherlands, Philippines, Kenya, South Africa, or the US (East Coast time zone). We can employ in the following states in the US: CT, GA, MD, MA, ME, NJ, NY, NC, PA, VT, VA, WI and Washington, D.C.
Employment Status: Full-time (36 hours per week), permanent role
Salary: This position is at 350's salary grade level 3.3 with a set, non-negotiable salary. Country-specific salaries for this level can be found here.
Travel: May occasionally travel from time to time (domestic and international)
