A dynamic technology business is seeking an Office Manager in New Malden to ensure smooth operations and compliance with ISO standards. We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and dynamic technology business for an experienced Office Manager to support the Head of Operations and take day-to-day ownership of the smooth running of the office and wider business operations.
This role is ideal for an Office Manager who enjoys being at the centre of an SME — managing priorities, maintaining structure, and ensuring people, systems, and processes are well organised and compliant. You’ll be a trusted point of contact across the business, providing practical, hands‑on support while continuously improving how the office and administrative functions operate.
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational activities that keep the business running efficiently. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a calm, methodical approach to managing multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
This is a varied, hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, autonomy, and being relied upon to “keep everything on track”.
