The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail-driven, responsible for managing documentation systems. This freelance role offers up to £200 per day, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Temporary Document Controller – Start ASAP

Location: Central London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH) Hours: 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday (flexible hours)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Temporary Document Controller to join a Central London Infrastructure Company on a short-term contract running until 31st March. This role is ideal for someone available immediately who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident working with documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Updating, managing and maintaining documentation
  • Ensuring documents are signed and approved correctly
  • Uploading accurate and current revision versions
  • Working through a backlog of existing documents
  • Redacting sensitive information to ensure GDPR compliance
  • Supporting general document control processes using an internal Box system (similar to Dropbox)

You will work closely with the Information Manager and be responsible for ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and consistently maintained.

Interview & Start Dates
  • 1st stage interviews: W/C 26th January
  • 2nd stage interviews: W/C 2nd February
  • Start date: W/C 9th February

This is a freelance role paying up to £200 per day (Umbrella) depending on experience.
