Reporting to our Director of Group Health, Safety and Environment, we are currently recruiting for an Accreditation Co-ordinator to join our Lincoln-based team. The role provides key administrative support and manages accreditation functions across all aspects of the business, working closely with our Bids team.

A driver's license is required as there may be a need for site visits. Previous internal audit experience within quality or H&S is highly desirable, as is a working knowledge of accreditations such as Achilles, Construction Line, CHAS, Safe Contractor, or ISO9001.

Duties will include:

• Managing the annual Lindum Group accreditation process, including reviewing and updating documentation.
• Maintaining effective internal and external communications with organizations to coordinate accreditation registrations.
• Serving as the Accreditation point of contact.
• Leading the accreditation processes, including running and resourcing the annual accreditation panel.
• Maintaining effective communication with the virtual team, including clinical associates, and flagging concerns to the Director of Group Health, Safety and Environment.
• Supporting team members with externally directed emails to ensure accreditation targets are met annually.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), TEAMS, and ZOOM for communication.
• Managing electronic data and email communication regularly.
• Ensuring quality assurance of your projects and programmes within your work areas.
• Managing specific projects, ensuring efficient follow-up and tracking of progress against planned actions.
• Contributing to audits and evaluation reports.
• Ensuring professional and efficient internal communications, documentation, and correspondence, and maintaining organized databases and intranet.
• Collaborating with team members, providing regular feedback, and updating during team meetings.
• Tracking progress against accreditation milestones, preparing reports on trends, and identifying areas for improvement.

Working hours can be flexible but must be a minimum of 30 hours per week.
