We are seeking a talented Court of Protection Solicitor with at least four years of PQE to join a highly respected law firm based in Greater Manchester. This role offers flexible hours, home working options, and opportunities for career progression within a dynamic and growth-oriented legal group.

• Part-time options over 3 or 4 days

The successful candidate will handle Grade A and B Court of Protection work, working closely with elderly clients and managing financial deputyship cases. You should have strong communication skills, be proactive, and thrive in a small team environment.
