Hybrid Working - A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Director / Head of Events / Events Director to join a leading agency who believe in making memorable experiences for their clients and promoting brands around the globe.

Renowned for their hard work and exceptional event delivery, they have established an enviable client base across sectors including automotive, IT, telecoms and healthcare.

The agency have grown over the past couple of years and in turn they have an ever-growing client base and array of projects. Theyre looking for talented individuals to join the team to share their passion in creative and innovative event delivery.

THE ROLE

Spearheading the logistics function, you will be responsible for leading the team on large logistics projects. The role will require someone with broad events logistics experience including conferences and incentives on multi million pound projects. Responsibilities will include :

  • Line management of logistics team and freelance resource
  • Supporting on pitches from a logistics perspective
  • Managing client relationships
  • Identify resource requirements, workflow management and event specifications
  • Ensuring that projects deliver against agreed targets for turnover and gross margin
  • Preparation and ownership of project budgets and timelines
  • Liaising with key stakeholders including suppliers
  • Reviewing and implementing processes and operations throughout the team
THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be a natural leader and expert in complex event logistics. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders alike. The role would suit an excellent problem solver who is calm under pressure with high attention to detail.
