The successful candidate will:
- Act as a trouble-shooter, providing effective and timely solutions across all infrastructure, including ICT systems, document core systems, software, hardware, and network technologies such as physical and virtual systems.
- Be an ICT expert in SAN, blade centres, and virtualisation technology.
- Be fully conversant with firewall, core switch, and edge switch configuration.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, be comfortable working independently, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills with a flexible approach to work.
