The ideal candidate should have extensive senior leadership experience in finance, ideally within a charity setting. This role is integral to the charity's sustainability and effectiveness in supporting individuals with mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in leading a finance function.
• Experience of leading and managing change.
• Experience of charity accounting and accounts preparation under SORP reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Support the CEO on Board Reporting.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Education

An accountancy qualification e.g. CCBA, CIMA
