A leading care provider in Scotland seeks a dedicated Service Manager to lead a talented care team at Cheshire House, supporting young adults with disabilities. The role involves ensuring quality care, compliance with standards, managing budgets, and guiding staff. Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication skills, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. Cheshire House is home to 16 young adults with physical disabilities. Everyone has their own individual flat with a lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. We’re surrounded by beautiful parkland and are within walking distance of Inverness city centre.
As part of our committed team, you’ll lead with empathy and professionalism to create a home where every person can thrive. Ideally coming from a clinical nursing background, with existing experience managing a care home, you'll be able to hit the ground running and champion the initiatives presented by our dedicated and passionate team.
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday
(You will be part of a national on‑call rota four times per year)
Flexibility is required to work weekends as required to meet service needs.
